Prickly Pear Pads

Prickly pear makes a great food source for many species of reptiles including bearded dragons and tortoises due to its high calcium and fibre content. Larger reptiles and tortoises will happy chew on the pad whilst you may want to cut it into pieces for smaller reptiles. Prickly pear also have a very high water content to ensure your reptiles stay nice and hydrated.
